Hvordan bliver mine ordrer sendt ?

Jeg sender dine ordrer til alle hjørner af verden, forsendelser i Danmark koster 35 d.kr.. og til resten af verden 125 ,- d.kr..
Nogle lande mere, dette er beregnet ved udfyldning af adresse.

Alle bestillinger bliver sendt med GLS eller det firma der sender til dit hjørne af verden.
Ordren bliver afsendt 1-2 dage efter ordre afgivelse. Hvis der går længere tid end dette vil du modtage besked om dette. Dette sker hvis en vare ikke er på lager men så syer jeg den på systuen på Frederiksberg så hurtigt vi kan.

Du vil modtage din ordre inden for 1-4 arbejdsdage, dette afhænger af forsendelse og lagerstatus.

Du betaler via Stripe, der er et godt sikret betalingssystem. Stripe modtager alle betalingskort.

Ved modtagelse har du altid 14 dages fuld returret, du sender blot varen retur og så snart vi modtager varen og tjekker at vi har modtaget varen i samme stand som ved afsendelse, returnerer vi dine penge via stripe eller kontonummer.

Du kan altid bytte varen til en anden vare, da gælder samme regler som ved retur.

How are orders shipped?

We gladly ship your purchases to all corners off the world, shipping in Denmark is free, all other destinations is about 27 euro, depending on where you are located.

All orders are shipped via GLS with delivery confirmation.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most items are shipped within a business day or two after receiving your order and can take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days to arrive.

How do I pay?

Stripe is the safest and most efficient way of sending money online. All you need is a credit card, a debit card. Your information is encrypted and kept private, and your purchase is guaranteed.

Do you share my information with anyone?

We don't share your information with anybody. We believe in everyone's right to privacy.

What is your return policy?

If something is wrong, we will make it right. If an item does not fit and has not been worn except to try it on, it may be returned for an exchange or refund provided it still has the tag and is postmarked no later than 2 weeks after receiving it. Contact us before returning anything at [email protected].. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
